Learning the Art of Seasoning your food

I'm a firm believer in flavor. When you're preparing your food you want it to have a wonderful blend of flavor but never take away from the actual food itself. Try using some fresh herbs instead of just plain old salt and pepper. When you're using things like, garlic powder or onion powder, try a couple of pinches. Remember a pinch goes a long way.

You can even try some herbs and seasonings that are not in your normal rotation. (Truffle dust, Garam Marsala, Cumin, coriander, different varieties of sea salt etc.) Be adventurous with your food. Have fun with it.
