Small changes in you diet can make a large difference in your journey to good health. I recently discovered something great. That I can cut down on my carbs by just making some small adjustments in my diet. I started alternating different things. For instance, I subbed rice with Couscous, regular pasta for spelt pasta, and my favorite alternate Quinoa. All of these grains are high in fiber and protein. These are great options to consider when you're making better choices. Here's a dish you just may absolutely adore.
